Creative Marketing Ideas for the Spooky Season
October 4, 2023
The market is feeling extra spooky lately and we’d like to share some great ways you can polish off YOUR marketing skills for the upcoming fall season.
Create a Halloween-themed Social Media Series
The sky’s the limit when it comes to social media posts about the spooky season. One idea is to post a weekly “fun fact” about Halloween, and maybe follow it up with another “fun fact” about buying or selling a house. Did YOU know that candy corn was originally called Chicken Feed?!
Ask Your Clients What Scares Them
No… we don’t mean the horror movie they won’t watch, find out what your clients are worried about when it comes to buying, selling, or renting. Chances are you can clear some things up for them and lay out a plan so they feel more confident with their next big move.
Share Some Fall Decor Tips
Whether you consult your design friends or you have an eye for decor yourself, you can share some fun and trendy ideas for the coming season. Show clients a vision board you’ve created in person or share tips on your website or social media. This can get clients excited to decorate their new place or give some inspiration to your current homeowners.
Embrace the Season of Treats
At your autumn open houses, maximize the fun of the season by having a bowl filled with candy corn (or your Halloween treat of choice!) by the front door. Visitors who provide their contact information can submit a guess as to how many pieces of candy are in the bowl. Whoever guesses closest will receive a prize, and YOU will leave with the prize of prospective clients’ information!
We hope you can (pumpkin) spice up your business with a few new marketing tips as you head into the fall.
