The Virginia REALTORS® Legal Hotline has been supporting members for over 25 years! Our team of lawyers is here to answer important questions about your real estate transactions quickly and accurately (usually within three business hours!).

Questions must be submitted to the Legal Hotline using the form that follows the user agreement below. Do not email attachments with any Hotline questions—attachments may cause your email to be deleted without being read.

Questions will be answered in the order they are received. Return calls will be made between 8:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., Monday-Friday. Every effort will be made to contact you within four (4) business hours after you submit your question. Click here to view the user agreement.
