The National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) announced that two Virginia REALTORS® have been selected for its 2021 Leadership Academy. The National Association of REALTORS® Leadership Academy identifies, inspires, and mentors emerging leaders from the local and state level. The Leadership Academy aims to give participants the opportunity to enrich their leadership skills while learning the history, structure, and inner-workings of NAR leadership.

Virginia REALTORS® Drew Fristoe, with the Fredericksburg Area Association of REALTORS®, and Peggy Todd, with the Virginia Peninsula REALTORS®, will represent the Commonwealth as part of an 18-member class. Both Drew and Peggy are passionate about the real estate industry and are extremely involved in their local and state REALTOR® associations.

Drew Fristoe is currently the President of the Fredericksburg Area Association of REALTORS® and a member of the Virginia REALTORS® Board of Directors. He has served on a number of Virginia REALTORS® committees, including: Member Communications Committee, RPAC Fundraising Trustees, and the Young Professionals Network (YPN). He’s earned the Virginia REALTORS® Honor Society Award and is a member of Omega Tau Rho. Drew is also a member of the Virginia Leadership Academy Class of 2013.

Peggy Todd is currently Vice Chair of the RPAC Disbursement Trustees and has served on the Virginia REALTORS® Public Policy Committee since 2015.
