Virginia REALTORS^® is pleased to announce the arrival of the highly anticipated PM Certified education program. PM Certified is the new property management certification specifically designed for Virginia’s property managers. The initial class of this new program took place this past Wednesday in Harrisonburg to coincide with PMX 2019.

Virginia REALTORS^® staff, along with many of our volunteer members, developed this certification over the past two years. The eight classes required to obtain the PM Certified certification will enhance your knowledge of property management responsibilities and provide YOU with valuable tools for business and career success.

Be sure to check the PM Certified webpage for details about the program, frequently asked questions, and dates for all the upcoming courses. We are offering at least one class each month through December 2020. There are plenty of opportunities to take advantage of this unique program built just for you. With that stated, register soon, as classes will fill up quickly if history repeats itself!
