YOU Have a Choice of Contracts & Brokerage Agreements
June 17, 2024
When it comes to real estate forms, you have options. As a REALTOR®, did you know you have access to the Virginia REALTORS® Standard Forms Library? As a member of our association, you can access our forms anytime, anywhere.
From listing agreements to sales contracts, our library houses a comprehensive collection of the documents you need to navigate transactions with confidence.
All Virginia REALTORS® forms ARE compliant with the NAR settlement. These forms were created by our team of lawyers—under the guidance of REALTORS® like YOU—and evaluated by real estate attorneys across Virginia. Our forms are updated regularly to ensure you are able use them worry-free.
In fact, our brokerage agreements were just updated earlier this month and preserve YOUR ability to choose how you conduct business. The listing agreement offers you and your sellers the choice to offer broker-to-broker compensation, seller paid concessions, or no offer of compensation to a buyer agent.
The library can be accessed through the Virginia REALTORS® website OR through 8 different transaction platforms:
- Brokermint
- DocuSign
- Dotloop
- Glide
- Lone Wolf (Transaction Desk & ZipForms)
- Remine
- SkySlope
Visit VAR’s Standard Forms Library today so that YOU can make an informed choice about which forms will best serve your business.
