Q: An agent I personally know posted a listing they received on Facebook. Can I share this listing by posting it on my page too?
A: No. When it comes to the scope of consent for sharing, a listing agent posting a house on Facebook does not generally give others the consent to post on their Facebook pages as well. One example where it is allowable with some limitations would be an IDX feed that feeds into another IDX feed, so long as all the disclaimers and disclosures are properly given.
