REALTOR® Champion Spotlight: Jason Ballard – House District 42
May 31, 2023
Delegate Jason Ballard was elected in 2021 and represents the City of Radford and parts of Giles, Montgomery, and Pulaski Counties. Being a lawmaker is no easy feat, but as a former JAG officer veteran, current Lt. Colonel in the Army Reserves and personal injury trial lawyer, Ballard comes well equipped for the job.
When it comes to keeping it REAL for REALTORS® across Virginia, Delegate Ballard has a 100% voting record on REALTOR® issues, fights to help expand broadband in rural areas, champions efforts to cut small business taxes, and works tirelessly to increase investments in critical infrastructure.
In his own words, Delegate Ballard shared his thoughts regarding REALTORS® and their importance to Virginia:
“Virginia’s REALTORS® play an integral role in making the dream of homeownership a reality for families across our commonwealth. I am thankful for the continued support from REALTORS® across the New River Valley. With the help of Virginia’s REALTORS®, I will continue to make Virginia the best place to live, work, raise a family, and retire.” -Delegate Jason Ballard
