Baylee Wang Named 2022 Property Manager of the Year
September 28, 2022
At a formal awards ceremony in downtown Richmond last week, Virginia REALTORS® announced that Baylee Wang of the Virginia Peninsula Association of REALTORS® was selected as Virginia’s 2022 Property Manager of the Year!
Each year, this honor is bestowed to one of the industry’s highest achieving association members engaged in the field of residential property management. They are selected by a committee of peers as a standout among the association’s membership, which recently topped 38,000.
This year’s honoree personifies the REALTOR® brand through her leadership, her focus on community collaboration, and her steadfast professionalism. After immigrating from China to the Virginia Peninsula, Baylee Wang attained her real estate license in 2004. She focuses on property management for residential and commercial properties, and she has deep and personal knowledge about real estate investment, creative financing solutions, and how to improve and market a home both effectively and economically. She opened her own company, Real Property Management of the Virginia Peninsula, in 2012, leading them to become a top-performing franchise office.
Congratulations, Baylee! Next summer, Virginia REALTORS® will open nominations for our 2023 awards. Will YOU be Virginia’s next Property Manager of the Year?
