Virginia REALTORS^® is thrilled to announce that we’ve been named ones of the Best Places to Work in Virginia for 2020 by Virginia Business Magazine and the Best Companies Group. This list is comprised of the top 100 Virginia companies who received the highest scores based on an analysis of company practices, policies, and philosophies, as well as surveys filled out by employees, in which they rated numerous aspects of their work experience.

The combined scores determined the top companies and the final ranking, and we are proud to say that the employee surveys accounted for 75% of our total score. Best Companies Group managed the overall registration and survey process in Virginia and also analyzed the data and used their expertise to determine the final ranking.

The final rankings will be announced at a virtual ceremony on January 29^th, and we are so proud to say that Virginia REALTORS^® is among the list of Best Places to Work in Virginia for what was, arguably, one of the most challenging years to date.
