Form 320 Resident Selection Criteria 2019-10

a. Language regarding misrepresentation was moved from the end of the form to the beginning of the form to emphasize the importance.
b. The language under income verification and age was changed from “must” to “may” to provide property managers with more flexibility in the approval process when dealing with an applicant’s specific circumstances.
c. The term “guarantors” was added to the cosigners section.
d. The Criminal History and Disapproval language were updated to mirror the requirements of the 2016 HUD Guidance Document on criminal background checks.
