VLA Alumni and Past Classes
Leaders supporting future leaders
The Virginia Leadership Academy Alumni Board continues to serve the Virginia REALTORS® Leadership Academy by promoting the professional and ethical leadership in our industry; by seeking out, informing, encouraging and assisting outstanding, qualified REALTORS® to pursue leadership roles at the Local, State, and National Associations; and by initiating and sponsoring activities which will perpetuate the history, traditions, memories and growth of the Academy and bind alumni together in support of the highest ideals of leadership, citizenship and professionalism.
Developing Future Leaders
The VLA Alumni will take an active role in promoting VLA classes, providing input for class curriculum, and developing the future leaders within the industry. By mentoring other leaders within the REALTOR® industry, the VLA Alumni strive to uphold the integrity and professionalism of REALTORS®.
The Virginia Leadership Academy Scholarship Program
The VLA Alumni seeks to assist with the development of ethical and professional leaders within the REALTOR® industry. The VLA Scholarship Program provides financial support to selected VLA Class applicants who are chosen to participate in the program.
Reconnecting VLA Alumni Classes
The VLA Alumni are uniquely equipped with the skills and resources to sponsor events for the current and future leaders. The VLA Alumni Board is investing in several initiatives to connect and network leaders across the Commonwealth.
