PM Certified: The Give and Take of Effective Communication

This class is offered in two parts. You must attend both parts in order to receive class credit.
- Part I – July 16, 2020 – 9:00 AM – 12:30 PM
- Part II – July 23, 2020 – 9:00 AM – 12:30 PM
Communication flows through all we do. Clear communication is a critical part of life but it’s a learned skill. This course will enhance your ability to communicate clearly, efficiently, and effectively to build stronger relationships with your co-workers, customers, and clients.
Pre-registration is required. This class requires you to complete a pre-class assignment. You will receive a link to a DiSC assessment approximately two weeks prior to your class. Results from the assessment will be provided when you complete the online assessment. Discussion around the various results will be incorporated into the class.
