Shavon graduated from VCU in 2011 and began working with the Government, more intensely with Virginia State Police in an Investigative Unit. Shavon later joined the United States Air Force Reserve where she worked in an administrative capacity for a security forces unit. She decided her passion was more in the legal field more so than justice, so went back to school at the University of Richmond and graduated in 2021. She started working for the Richmond City Attorney’s Office working on the Tax Sale team, specifically special litigations for delinquent sales tax, before joining Virginia REALTORS^®.

Shavon will support the legal team, administrative capacity for Professional Standards emphasized around the Code of Ethics and manage Standards Forms.

Shavon and her husband have two beautiful kids. She loves spending time with her family, watching a good movie, traveling, and eating Italian, soul food or seafood.
