The enthusiastic Cailin Richardson couldn’t be a better fit for the role of Learning and Development Director for Virginia REALTORS^®. She is responsible for the development, implementation, management, and maintenance of member education programs. Her experience with the Virginia Department of Education, degree from Longwood University, and passion for lifelong learning all come together to help her drive many programs for the association. To unwind from her busy work schedule, Cailin loves to cook, camp, and read. Her lucky husband gets to be the taste tester for all of her creations. With her diverse love for cooking (as seen by her 100+ cookbook collection), her family is treated to a wide variety of new flavors.
