Updated Safety Information

To safeguard the wellbeing of our members, Virginia REALTORS^® is making some modifications to our upcoming event, PMX 2021: Property Management Conference, taking place October 13-15 in Williamsburg. Please review the following updates.

• All attendees will be required to provide proof of vaccination (Pfizer, Moderna, or Johnson & Johnson/Janssen accepted) OR proof of a negative COVID test (taken in advance, no more than 72 hours before the start of the event). *More details to follow on this requirement
• Masks will be required for all attendees, except when actively eating or drinking. This requirement will be monitored and enforced throughout the event.
• All attendees will need to sign a waiver prior to attending PMX. This waiver indicates attendees are NOT currently experiencing symptoms synonymous with COVID. We will provide more information on this requirement closer to the event.
• On-site registration will NOT be permitted for this event.
• The opening reception and the ticketed networking event have been cancelled. If you already purchased a ticket for the networking event, you will be receiving a full refund.
• During the free time on October 14, we will be offering a free boxed lunch to add ease and extra precaution.
