The National Association of Real Estate Brokers (NAREB)’s annual Realtist Week will be held Sunday, April 6^th – Saturday, April 12^th, 2025.  Each year, the week is full of activities around fair housing, advocacy, health and well-being, faith and worship, and community services.  Realtist Week is a time for members to come together and further demonstrate their commitment to democracy in housing.

With three NAREB Chapters in Virginia—located in Hampton Roads, the greater Richmond area, and Northern Virginia—there will be Realist Week events to attend all over the state.  Check out each individual Chapter’s website and events for more information!

Realtist Week will conclude with the second annual Building Black Wealth Day which is a part of NAREB’s greater Building Black Wealth Tour.  The tour consists of many events, which will empower Black communities with steps towards homeownership, property investment, starting a business, and other wealth-building opportunities.      

On April 12^th, community days hosted in 100 cities across America will host a community day at the same time. Woodbridge, VA is one of those cities, and the event will be held:
