Election Day is just around the corner! REALTORS® across Virginia have begun casting their vote for the various local and federal candidates that best represent themselves, their business, and their clients. Your vote is your voice, and when REALTORS® vote for REALTOR® champions, we all win!

Key Dates to Remember:

· October 15 – Last day to register or update your address to vote a regular ballot for this election Voters may register in person after this date, through Election Day, and vote using a provisional ballot.

· October 25 by 5 p.m. – Last day to request that a ballot be mailed to you.

· October 26 (Saturday) – Local voter registration offices open for in-person voting. Check with your local voter registration office to confirm voting hours and location.

· November 2 (Saturday) – Last day to vote early in-person at your local voter registration office.

· Election Day is Tuesday, November 5th. Polls will be open from 6:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. You can look up your polling place here. If you are in line by 7:00 p.m., you will be allowed to vote.

Other Things to Remember:

· When voting in person, you will be asked to provide a photo ID. However, if you do not have a photo ID, you can still vote after you sign an ID statement affirming your identity.

· If you are voting with a by-mail ballot, it must be postmarked on or before Election Day and returned to your voter registrar by noon on Friday, November 8th. You can also check with your local voter registration office about dropping off a by-mail ballot in person.
