PMX 2022 Recap
November 16, 2022
PMX 2022 brought together property managers from across Virginia to Williamsburg for several days filled with fun and learning. We were thrilled to welcome back many familiar faces and a large number of first-time attendees. Over the course of three days, attendees were given the chance to learn from some of the best minds in the industry. This year’s event was a great success with overwhelming positive feedback and excitement for 2023’s event.
One highlight was the entertainment coming from the Margaritaville-themed RPAC booth this year. Attendees were able to learn more about how RPAC helps their aspect of the industry while being able to have some fun, participating in a challenge for a chance to win the grand prize. In total, over $2,000 in contributions were made to RPAC, and Lisa Chandler from HRRA was the lucky winner of the margarita machine! You can learn more about RPAC’s impact on the world of property management and real estate as a whole.
PMX provides many learning opportunities each year, and this year was no different. Whether attendees are finding inspiration from a great keynote speaker, like this year’s Terry Watson, or earning CE from one of our highly regarded educators, education is a key component of this annual event.
Per tradition, the event concluded with a VRLTA update from Virginia REALTORS® Legislative Counsel Erin Kormann and Senior Counsel Chip Dicks. The Q&A portion of this course always yields additional vital information and valuable conversations from actively involved property managers.
Dates for PMX 2023 are still in the works, but you can mark your calendar now for May 16 for PMX: Spring Update, which will be held in a virtual format.
