Get Your Agents on the Path to GRI
July 6, 2021
GRI is HOT, HOT, HOT this summer, raising the professionalism of REALTORS® all over Virginia! This year, Virginia REALTORS® has seen a record number of graduates in the first half of the year. Members are attending in-person and online classes in greater numbers than have been seen in previous years. With a variety of options for attending courses, you can join a class wherever you are! Another bonus of the GRI program is that members can receive continuing education and post-license credit. In fact, a brand-new agent can get all 30 hours of post-license credit while also graduating with a designation within their first year of real estate.
The REALTOR® Institute, a.k.a GRI, was the first designation developed by NAR and continues to be the premier education opportunity for members. Graduates from the program develop a solid foundation of knowledge and skills to navigate the current real estate market. They dive deep into topics like risk management, professional standards, the sales process, Code of Ethics, and business and career success. A well-educated agent provides great benefit not only to their clients but also to their broker and company.
This is the perfect time for you and your agents to take advantage of this advanced level of real estate education. Learn more about the program and sign up for classes today on the GRI program webpage. All questions about the GRI can be sent to education@virginiarealtors.org.
