Virginia REALTORS^® is among the 2021 Best Places to Work in Virginia! The final rankings were announced at a virtual ceremony on January 29th. This is the 11^th year that Virginia Business Magazine has compiled the “Best Places to Work” list in collaboration with the Best Companies Group. 

 This year, 200 companies applied for a spot on the top-100 list, which is divided into three categories: Small Companies (up to 99 employees), Midsized Companies (100-249), and Large Companies (250 or more).

For 2021, Virginia REALTORS^® ranked #17 in the Small Companies category!  

The majority of each company’s score is based on feedback that came directly from employees, making this achievement especially meaningful. Employees provided feedback on the company’s core values, leadership and planning, corporate culture and communication, training and benefits, and work environment.
