ICYMI: Realtor.com Launches New Flood Risk Tool
September 8, 2020

Last month, NAR announced a new realtor.com tool to help REALTORS® and homebuyers assess flood risks with a property. The feature, Flood Factor™, is an online visualization tool that will enable consumers to access comprehensive flood risk information specific to individual properties. The feature expands access to information beyond FEMA’s flood maps, which only covers the high National Flood Insurance Program population areas along major rivers and coastal areas.
NAR has developed a Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) Sheet to help members field questions from customers about Flood Factor™ data.
