Kenny Parcell
NAR President
Kenny Parcell (ABR®, AHWD, CRS, C2EX), a REALTOR® from Spanish Fork, Utah, is the 2023 President of the National Association of REALTORS®. Kenny is broker/owner of Equity Real Estate Utah and has sold more than 3,200 homes during his 25-year career and served as his local president in 2008 and The Utah Association of REALTORS® as president in 2011. REALTOR® Magazine named him as one of its 30 Under 30 in 2001.
Winsome Earle-Sears
Lieutenant Governor of Virginia
Winsome Earle-Sears, a native of Kingston, Jamaica, immigrated to the United States at the age of six. She is proud to have served in the United States Marine Corps. In addition to her various appointments, she has served as the Vice President of the Virginia State Board of Education, as a presidential appointee to the U.S. Census Bureau, as co-chair of the African American Committee, and the Advisory Committee on Women Veterans to the Secretary of Veterans Affairs.
Gail Renulfi
NAR Regional Vice President
Gail is National Association of REALTORS® Regional Vice President for Region 3, serving Delaware, the District of Columbia, Maryland, Virginia, and West Virginia.
Gail is celebrating her 31st year in real estate. She is a broker in both Delaware and Maryland and is licensed in Pennsylvania. Gail built an impressive 16-year award-winning sales associate career. She then became a broker and manager in the Hockessin, Delaware, sales office for the last 15 years. Gail has grown it into one of the top-producing offices in the region.
Gail’s coaching and training skills are top-notch. She takes experienced agents to the next level and enjoys mentoring new agents to be the best they can be.
