Part 1: Creating Member-Focused Content | Robin Spensieri
Course Description:
As we learn so often when we speak, how you say something is just as important as what is actually said. When it comes to creating content for your members, a similar concept can be applied. This session will offer easy-to-apply strategies for creating and sharing content in ways that your members will benefit from, engage with, and turn to as a trusted source.
Speaker Bio:
In her role with the association, Robin is able to utilize her background in journalism, her education from both Berry College and Virginia Commonwealth University, and her time with the Virginia Department of Education. For Virginia REALTORS®, she develops content for both print and digital platforms. She also directs our association’s media relations, edits our content, and works strategically to make the association’s communications more impactful for members.
Part 2: HR Issues | Christina Chow, Senior Director of Legal Affairs, Georgia REALTORS®
Speaker Bio: Christina Chow has been with the Georgia REALTORS® (GAR) since September 2014. She is responsible for overseeing the statewide professional standards program and manages the updates to the GAR contract forms each year. Christina conducts trainings on topics including risk management, fiduciary responsibility, and the Code of Ethics across the state and serves as the staff liaison for numerous committees and groups. She has earned the National Association of REALTORS® C2EX endorsement as well as the REALTOR® Association Certified Executive (RCE) designation.
Part 3: Tackling the Tough Situations AEs Face | Zan Monroe
Speaker Bio:
Zan Monroe has studied Success and Leadership for 40 years. He is a speaker, author, coach, and entrepreneur, who started his first business at the age of 16, and his first corporation at the age of 21. He is the CEO of the Longleaf Pine REALTORS® Association and The Monroe Company, Inc. Zan has published two bestselling books; Stories of Uncle Adrian and 7 Lessons for Success, and is currently writing his next book titled Building Leaders.
His clients include Fortune 500 companies, universities, and associations that want to inspire their associates to become better leaders and live a more successful life.
