Please complete this form once you have completed all requirements for the

GRI Designation.

Once you pay this ONE TIME fee, the Virginia REALTORS® will automatically: • Add your designation to the National Association of REALTORS® database. • Notify your local association and broker of your accomplishment. • Provide a graduation certificate (11” x 14” – suitable for framing). • Provide a GRI lapel pin to help others identify your accomplishment and training.* • Provide you with a GRI personal promotional packet which will include a verification letter, press release, and GRI/REALTOR® logo information.*

Please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery.

Please Note:

Unlike other designations, you do not have to join a chapter or pay yearly dues to use your GRI designation. Once you have been notified that you have been awarded the GRI designation, all you must do to hold and use the designation is to maintain your membership in the REALTOR® organization.

  • Graduate, REALTOR Institute

    This application is to complete the requirements in the Virginia REALTORS® Institute (GRI) program. In addition to the eight (8) classroom courses, there are two online courses. For those completing the program after January 1, 2023, please upload the certificates for the At Home With Diversity and Military Relocation Professional in the section below (only applies if you have not previously completed the RI 509 - Negotiations and RI 510 - Beneath the Surface). Complete applications are processed within 3-4 weeks.
