In this session, Dr. Sturtevant will discuss market trends and overall housing demand in the state, as well as an assessment of the likelihood of interest rate hikes, fears of an economic downturn, and prospects for economic growth in Virginia.

Risk – exposing someone to danger or harm. What are the riskiest issues facing agents and brokers today? Learn how to identify them and the situations that create them.
