Leaders Supporting Future Leaders
The Virginia Leadership Academy Alumni Council continues to serve the Virginia REALTORS® Leadership Academy by promoting the professional and ethical leadership in our industry; by seeking out, informing, encouraging and assisting outstanding, qualified REALTORS® to pursue leadership roles at the local, state, and national associations; and by initiating and sponsoring activities which will perpetuate the history, traditions, memories, and growth of the Academy and bind alumni together in support of the highest ideals of leadership, citizenship, and professionalism.
The VLA Alumni takes an active role in promoting VLA classes, providing input for class curriculum, and developing the future leaders within the industry. By mentoring other leaders within the REALTOR® industry, the VLA Alumni strive to uphold the integrity and professionalism of REALTORS®.
VLA Alumni continue to bond and connect long after graduation. In recent years, the VLA Alumni have been privy to a unique speaker session at the association’s annual convention.
