RI 504: Working with Buyers

Consumer trends have changed dramatically as Generation Y has entered the marketplace. Generation to generation, buying habits are different and needs and preferences vary between cities and rural communities. With Generation Y representing over 68% of first-time buyers, you need the most current information on marketing to this group. This class includes the tips and tricks that top agents use to gain new clients and new sales. It covers categories of active buyers, techniques for lead generation, components of the home showing process, and negotiation strategies.
The Virginia REALTOR® Institute Program has equivalencies for the ABR and SRS designations, as they correlate directly with the RI 504: Working with Buyers and the RI 505: Working with Sellers courses. There are no equivalencies for other designations or license types.
