The Tech Helpline is your resource to quickly fix any issues that may arise so that you can keep doing what you do best.

The Tech Helpline can provide troubleshooting, such as resolving email or Wi-Fi issues, connecting to wireless devices, recovering files, removing viruses, and fixing other issues that may occur. Did you know there is an app you can easily access when on the go? This app can allow you to use the service wherever you may be via phone call, live chat, or email. All you need to do to get started is search “Tech Helpline” in your phone’s app store, download the app, and register. There is no cost to you since this is one of your member benefits as a Virginia REALTOR®.
Don’t want to use the app because you’re working in your office? Simply call the hotline number, and tech experts will be able to remotely access your computer to quickly resolve the issue.
