Interested in the PM Certified program but not sure how to get started?  

You are in luck! This month kicks off the spring education calendar! From now till the end of June, Virginia REALTORS^® will be hosting a variety of PM Certified classes. You can explore the residential lease, fair housing, residential maintenance issues and best practices, and agency issues for property managers, just to name a few. There are eight total classes in the PM Certified program, and each will be offered twice in 2022. If you are interested in learning more, check out the Learning Center and explore the PM Certified program today.  

These courses also include continuing education credit along with credit towards the PM Certified program, a certification designed specifically for Virginia’s property managers. This program is very popular, and classes fill up quickly. Sign up now to guarantee your spot!
