We do hope you join us for an entertaining reception from 5:30pm–6:30pm on Tuesday, however the majority of general activities are scheduled on Wednesday and Thursday (see full schedule). If you are on the fence about arriving Tuesday, just know Williamsburg does have a lot of fun attractions – see the front desk of one of the nearby hotels for discounted entry to many historical attractions. Lastly, tickets for Convention Special Events can be purchased when you register online.

The Basics

• Registration is required for attendance at any meeting, event, or function.
• A hotel reservation link will be sent with your registration confirmation.
• By registering, you agree that Virginia REALTORS^® may share limited contact information with meeting vendors.
• Transfer of registration is not allowed.

Cancellation Requests

• Must be made in writing and post-marked or faxed by September 9, 2019. Registration will be refunded in full less a $50 processing fee.
• NO refunds will be made after September 9, 2019.

Attire

Casual business attire is recommended for all meetings and events, except the Awards & Installation Banquet which is black-tie optional.
