PM Certified Class Offerings are Booming

The PM Certified program, Virginia REALTORS® property management certification, is bustling in 2022, and classes are filling up quickly. If you’re a property manager or interested in learning more about how property management differs from residential sales, you should sign up for one of the following classes coming up in February and March:
- PM 102: Property Managers and the Law
- PM 104: Mastering the Lease
- PM 107: It’s Over When It’s Over
