His years in the United States Marine Corps are just one piece of his history that has helped to make Adam Smith, Chief Operating Officer (not to be confused with the OTHER Adam Smith on staff, who is the Creative Director!) the leader he is today.

His intrinsic passion for helping was evident during his time advocating in the Office of the Governor for active-duty military servicemen, servicewomen, and veterans, and certainly shines now as he works hard for Virginia REALTORS^® members every day. In his role, Adam is responsible for the strategic, organizational, and administrative leadership of the day-to-day operations of our organization. Adam provides guidance and support to leadership and staff to enhance and maintain interdepartmental efficiency and adherence to organizational systems and processes all while ensuring that our organization’s goals are met. In his free time, he enjoys running, fishing, and volunteering. Quite often you can find him behind the grill cooking up something for his family and friends.
