Q: “Can a Virginia agent use the URL NOVADwellings.com as their agent landing page in advertising? This is just a single agent, not a team.” 

A: As long as the URL isn’t deceptive in some way (which would be a violation of the Code of Ethics), this shouldn’t be a problem. The agent would need to include all of the required advertising disclosures (firm name, contact information, and state or states of licensure) on the page itself.
