Virginia REALTORS^® proudly announces that Richmond broker Curt Reichstetter has been installed as the association’s 2026 President. The installation ceremony took place on the evening of September 17, 2025, in downtown Richmond.

With more than 30 years of experience in both residential and commercial real estate, Reichstetter has guided over a thousand Virginians through the process of buying and selling property. He brings a deep well of knowledge and leadership to the state’s largest trade association.

Reichstetter has held numerous leadership roles at both the local, state, and national levels. He served as Virginia REALTORS^® Vice President in 2024, Treasurer in 2023, and has been a member of the State Board of Directors since 2018. He also served as President of the Richmond Association of REALTORS^® in 2019. At the national level, he represents Virginia on the REALTORS^® Political Action Committee (RPAC) Participation Committee and has been an active state delegate to the National Association of REALTORS^®.

“I am honored to step into the role of Virginia REALTORS^® President. In 2026, our association will push for smart, practical solutions that help cut red tape and open doors to new housing opportunities—because when families can find homes they can afford, our communities and economy grow stronger,” says Reichstetter.

In addition to his professional accomplishments, Reichstetter is deeply engaged in community service. He serves on the Board of Directors of REACHcycles, a nonprofit that provides therapeutic bicycles to children with disabilities, and on the Board of Friends of Richmond K9, which supports retired and active-duty police dogs in Richmond.

Reichstetter and his wife Heather own and operate Two Dog Realty, a real estate brokerage in Richmond. He is joined on the Virginia REALTORS^® 2026 Leadership Team by the following REALTORS^®:
