2021 Awards & Installation

Since we were unable to gather in person in 2021, the Virginia REALTORS® 2021 Awards & Installation Reception and Banquet will be held on January 12 starting at 6:00 pm. at the lovely The Jefferson Hotel in downtown Richmond. Our 2021 award winners will be honored, and we will celebrate the installation of our association’s officers for 2022.

COVID Protocol Information

Masks will be required for all attendees, except when actively eating or drinking.

Proof of Vaccination OR Negative COVID Test

The timelines for access links for this step have been established and more information can be found below. You will receive your access link to upload this information in your registration confirmation.

Option 1: Vaccination Card

For those who decide to go the route of uploading a vaccination card to show proof of vaccination, the link is now live, and you may upload it any time. We encourage you to upload this information as soon as possible to allow time to mitigate any potential problems. Note: Pfizer, Moderna, or Johnson & Johnson/Janssen accepted.

Option 2: Upload of Negative COVID Test Results

For those who opt to show proof of a negative COVID test, please schedule your test to ensure results will be ready prior to the event. It is important when scheduling that you do not test before January 10. Only tests administered on the 10th or later will be accepted. 

ONLY members who have registered will receive the link.

**Upon successful upload, you will receive a confirmation email from IHP with a green checkmark within 24 hours (excluding weekend uploads). Please save that email. NOTE: IF you do NOT receive a confirmation email, your documentation has not been received, and you will need to upload it again.
