Q: “What are the standard form changes for January 1st, 2026?”
A: The Virginia REALTORS® Standard Forms Committee made the following changes effective January 1st, 2026:
Form 900C – Termination of Property Management Agreement
- Clarified what occurs if there is no agreement between the landlord and property manager in the event that the property manager is terminating.
Form 600M – Septic Inspection Addendum
- Clarified when negotiation period begins.
