Since the release of PM Certified in Fall 2019, the program has been immensely popular with property managers and sales associates alike. More than 50 members have completed the certification in the last two years. What an incredible accomplishment for a brand-new program!  

PM Certified is the Virginia REALTORS^® property management certification. It was designed by members for members who are practicing property management in the commonwealth. PM Certified features coursework that enhances a REALTOR^®’s knowledge of property management law, regulations, agency, leases, rental maintenance, to name a few. It also provides tools for business and career success. The program is offered 100% virtually, so REALTOR^® members across the state can access this essential training. This has been key to its success, especially during the pandemic over the last two years.  

Virginia REALTORS^® would like to congratulate all our members who graduated from the PM Certified program in 2021! Way to go!
