Registration & Cancellation. Registration is required for attendance at any meeting, event, or function. Transfer of registration is not allowed. Any cancellation requests must be submitted online or in writing to events@virginiarealtors.org prior to the event.

Information & Image. By registering, you agree that Virginia REALTORS® may share limited contact information with meeting vendors. You further agree that photographs or video may be taken of conference participants and used by Virginia REALTORS® during the course of, or following the meeting, in all of its prints or online publications without payment or any other consideration.

Hotel Information. A hotel reservation link will be sent with your confirmation.

Attire. Casual business attire is recommended for all meetings and events. Attendees are encouraged to dress in layers as temperature in large meeting rooms can be difficult to control.

ADA Compliance. In order to better accommodate your needs, if you require any special assistance to fully participate, please call the Virginia REALTORS® Conferences Group at (804) 249-5710 at least 3 business days prior to the start of the event.

Statement of Appropriate Event Conduct. Virginia REALTORS® strives to provide an event experience that is positive and rewarding for everyone. All attendees (including without limitation Virginia REALTORS® members, guests, exhibitors and vendors) are expected to conduct themselves professionally and with good judgment and common sense. That means at all times being respectful of others attending or working at events and of the venues in which events are held. Virginia REALTORS® aims to provide a safe event experience for all attendees and does not tolerate inappropriate behavior or harassment in any form. A more complete description of harassing behavior is set forth in the Virginia REALTORS® Anti-Harassment Policy.

Reporting threats/harassment. If, at any time, you feel threatened or harassed, you are encouraged to report the incident directly to police via 911. You may also contact Virginia REALTORS® Chief Executive Officer or Virginia REALTORS® President. Please include the date, time, location and a description of the incident being reported.

Health and Safety. Attendees agree to comply with any policies or procedures established to reduce risks to attendees at a particular event. These may include policies to reduce exposure to communicable diseases or other hazards.

Discipline. Attendees who violate this Event Policy may be asked to leave the event without a refund. In addition, the attendee may not be permitted to participate in future Virginia REALTORS® events. Any discipline will be imposed at the discretion of the Virginia REALTORS® management.

Relationship to Anti-Harassment Policy. This Event Policy shall not be deemed to limit the applicability of the Virginia REALTORS® Anti-Harassment Policy.
